Abstract
A dequate distention ofthe gastrointestinal tract with oral contrast materials is essential to achieve the highest quality images in abdominal Cl’ examination [1, 2]. We designed a technique that we have called the drip ingestion method of administration of oral contrast material for abdominal CT. We investigated the usefulness ofthis technique in maximizing the distention of the gastrointesfinal tract in abdominal CT examination.
