Abstract

In the internal compensation circuit, it is often necessary to use both high and low pulse signals. In the general amorphous indium - gallium - zinc - oxide (a-IGZO) process, the gate driver on array (GOA) circuit is often a circuit that outputs a positive pulse. In this paper, we propose a new negative-pulse GOA circuit. By improving the previously proposed negative-pulse GOA circuit, a more stable negative pulse output and a shorter rise time of G(n) can be achieved.
