Abstract

The paper presents theoretical calculations for management decision support algorithms in the context of changing priority indicators that depend on time, which allows you to quickly respond to changes in critical parameters in situations of uncertainty. These algorithms are used in analytical automated control systems, such systems developed at Federal State Autonomous Research Institution «Centre of Information Technologies and Systems for Executive Power Authorities named after A.V. Starovoitov» include systems created on a complex adaptive functional and technical platform of Federal State Autonomous Research Institution «Centre of Information Technologies and Systems for Executive Power Authorities named after A.V. Starovoitov», the central link of which is the Sirius software and information complex, systems included in the complex of automated state information systems to support management decisions in the field of science and technology [1]. In the context of the development of the digital economy, the processing of big data obtained from heterogeneous automated and information systems requires the improvement of decision support algorithms, which directly affects the correction of the course of the information society development, both in local areas of the digital economy and in the creation of new federal targeted programs in the field of information technology.
