Abstract
The ratioμGEGM of the proton form factors was determined by measuring the electron scattering cross section of the proton relative to that of12C. Data were taken atq2=0.09, 0.16, 0.25, and 0.36 fm−2, yielding a weighted mean ofμGE/GM=1.01±0.03.
