Abstract

A mathematical model of the stress–strain state of metal in the process of rolling the flux core in different metallic shells is developed. The model takes into account the effect of the metallic shell on the geometrical and energy–force parameters of the process of rolling flux-cored electrode tapes and also the physical–mechanical properties of the flux core.
