Abstract

To date, no formal instrument other than the Homemaker-Home Health Aide Program Evaluation Questionnaire has been developed for evaluating homemaker-home health aide programs. This paper presents the results of a research project which tested the Homemaker-Home Health Aide Program Evaluation Questionnaire, a management tool for evaluating the adequacy and quality of service; the homemaker/client relationship; achievement of objectives; and homemaker-home health aides' job performance.
