Abstract
Abstract Learning is introduced as a competitive advantage. Learning is related to a taxonomy of knowledge with both explicit and tacit components. On this background, a conceptual Learning Support System is proposed; this is an integrated process control and infonnation system designed to support learning in a process plant operation context. The LSS is a kind of system that has not yet been developed.
