Abstract

Supply chain coordination (SCC) is nowadays one of the active research topic in Production and Operations Management (POM). This paper deals with the development of a Fuzzy Consensus based Multi-Criteria approach dedicated to Information System Selection. More specifically, the problem of information system selection is formulated as a Group Multi-Criteria Decision Making (GMCDM) problem and is solved by a hybrid approach combing Consensus and Goal Programming methods in fuzzy environment. To illustrate the applicability of the proposed approach, an illustrative example is presented and the numerical results analyzed.
