Abstract
We discuss the structure of the constraint set of Yang-Mills theory in Minkowski space-time, and in spatially bounded domains for the bag boundary conditions and also for inhomogeneous boundary data. In each case the reduced phase space is a union of symplectic manifolds preserved by the evolution, and the reduced evolution equations are Hamiltonian.
