Abstract

This paper aims to analyze, based on the dynamics of the reorganization of Brazilian capitalism, the expansion of the Federal Network of Professional, Scientific and Technological Education, highlighting characteristics, conflicts, and structuring movements. Thus, it contextualizes the creation of the Federal Centers for Vocational and Technological Education (Cefets) and the Federal Institutes, connecting them with the economic models that leveraged the construction of public policies for vocational education, aiming at the dynamics of capitalism internalization in this expansion process.
