Abstract

A Fokker-Planck description of the time evolution of a K-distributed noise process is presented, discussed and taken as the basis of an approximate analysis of the correlation properties of the noise. An equivalent set of stochastic differential equations is identified and exploited in a numerical simulation of the noise process.
