Abstract

A drive consisting of a pneumatic high-speed jet engine, transfer mechanism, and a control device used for switching the gas main ball valve is examined. A mathematical model is constructed, its dynamical criteria are determined, and a survey of the gear dynamics is carried out. The usefulness of simple control algorithms of relay action is demonstrated, with a feedback contour connected to speed, enabling the valve plug to be turned with a smooth and continuous approach to the final position.
