Abstract
AbstractBenzoxazoles can be efficiently prepared in a single step and in good yield from primary amides and o‐dihalobenzenes using Cu catalysis. Starting from substituted o‐bromochlorobenzenes this unusual domino reaction allows the regioselective formation of benzoxazoles.
