Abstract
A device recording delayed coincidence curves with a charge storage diode as controlled delay element is described. The range of variation for the delay is equal to 100 ns. The maximum dead time equals 135 ns. The integral nonlinearity is less than 0.5%. The temperature stability is better than 1 ns/°C.
