Abstract
This paper presents a kind of setpoint filter PID (SFPID) control method. Based on this method and intelligent techniques a current intelligent controller is developed. The controller shows better set-point and load disturbance response. Some intelligent techniques have been adopted to realize it in the intelligent instruments. Simulation results and industrial applications show that the current intelligent controller has a great potential to be used in industrial process widely.
