Abstract
脆弱性骨折の治療は早期手術と早期リハビリテーションによって術前のQOLを再獲得することが最も重要であり，術後は骨粗鬆症の治療と転倒予防の指導を行うことによって二次骨折を防止することが重要である．脆弱性骨折特に大腿骨近位部骨折の患者は超高齢者が多く，多くの併存症を持っていることが多い．脆弱性骨折患者を集約し，老年病医は全身管理を整形外傷医は骨折の治療をと，それぞれが自分の専門領域のみに専念できる体制が1日も早く整うことを願っている．
