Abstract
In contemporary business environments, having only leadership or entrepreneurship qualities is insufficient to guarantee the success of a company. Effective managers must possess a combination of leadership and entrepreneurial qualities that can impact their innovation work behavior and sustainable innovation performance. The significance of entrepreneurial leadership in sustainable organizational performance, considering the dynamic and uncertainty of the organization's environment. This comprehensive literature review explores entrepreneurial leadership on innovative work behavior and sustainable innovation. The results suggest that entrepreneurial leadership has a direct impact on innovation work behavior and sustainable innovation performance. Additionally, it was found that innovation behavior plays a mediating role in the relationship between entrepreneurial leadership and sustainable innovation performance.
