Abstract
The objective of this paper is to present a concept for consideration and elaboration relating t o mode of exploitation of hydrocarbon resources in OPEC Member Countries. This concept has been translated into a simple, flexible programme that could be easily utilized, and vatious scenarios could be used for clarification of consequences, depending on rhe choice ofparamerers applied.
