Abstract

The responses of various mouse and rat liver parameters to administration of several pharmacologically-active agents are compared. Similar, but not identical, changes occured in the livers of both species after the administration of chlorpromazine, clofibrate, carbon-tetrachloride and DDT. Greater differences in the responses were observed after administration of phenobarbitone or griseofulvin.
