Abstract
目的 分析妈富隆(雌孕激素复合制剂)和雌激素治疗青春期功能失调性子宫出血的止血效果.方法50例住院患者,其中雌激素组20例,雌孕激素复合剂组30例,雌激素组予以雌二醇治疗,雌孕激素复合剂组予以妈富隆治疗.结果控制止血时间雌激素组(21.65±9.62)h,雌孕激素复合剂组(13.68±5.67)h(P＜0.01).住院天数雌激素组(7.45±1.90)d,雌孕激素复合剂组(4.06±1.04)d(P＜0.01).结论雌孕激素复合剂组止血效果优于雌激素组。
