Abstract

Confirming previous morphological observation on the true identity of Fasciola worms in Egyptian buffaloes, cows and sheep, the present preliminary biochemical estimations have succeeded completely to demonstrate, for the first time, the significant analytical dissimilarity of their normal bile and serum and the variable effect of the corresponding groups of worms on the content values of this important habitat and main body fluid.
