Abstract

Aiming at the problem of the consumption of new energy, a combinatorial optimization method of time-period and electricity price is provided. Considering the contribution of user load and new energy output to peak-valley membership, the peak-valley period is determined; based on the theory of price elasticity, a user response model is established, and a new energy consumption model is provided; Then, with the goal of maximizing the consumption of new energy and minimizing users’ cost, a combinatorial optimization model of time-period and electricity price was established; through decoupling time division and electricity price optimization, a 2-step optimization method was designed. The simulation results show that the model can effectively promote the consumption of new energy, and increase the user's willingness by reducing their electricity costs.
