Abstract

A class of conditionally distribution-free rank tests for replicated latin square designs is introduced under the assumption that the random error matrices possess a distribution with exchangeable rows and exchangeable columns. Moreover, the almost sure and uniform convergence of the conditional permutation distribution of the class of tests is derived as the number of replications goes to infinity.
