Abstract
症例は15歳女児，全前脳胞症，重症心身障害児であり，4年前に気管切開施行後，在宅管理されていた．気管内吸引後に突然多量の出血を認めたため救急要請され当院へ搬送，造影CTで気管腕頭動脈瘻と診断された．呼吸循環動態が不安定だったため，小口径ステントグラフトを腕頭動脈に留置し，術後33日目に退院した．その3カ月後，気管カニューレチューブから出血を認め救急要請され当院へ搬送．病院到着時は自然止血されていたが，入院後も複数回出血を認めたため，腕頭動脈離断術を行い，術後20日目に退院した．気管腕頭動脈瘻は，気管切開後に生じる合併症で，発症率は0.3%程度と稀ではあるが，治療しなかった場合の死亡率はほぼ100%と予後不良な合併症である．気管腕頭動脈瘻に対して小口径ステントグラフトを留置することは一時的な止血として有用であると考えられた．
