Abstract
患者は71歳の女性．当院内科で膵囊胞の経過観察中であった．経過観察中の腹部超音波検査所見は膵体部に約２cmの低エコー腫瘤を認めていた．直近の造影CT検査で囊胞に造影効果を認めたため悪性化を疑い腹腔鏡下膵体尾部切除術を行った．術後の病理組織学的検査で腹腔内デスモイドと診断した．WHO分類で本腫瘍は被膜を有さず浸潤性増殖を示し，しばしば局所再発をきたすが遠隔転移はないという特徴から良悪性中間的軟部腫瘍に位置付けられている．本症例も完全切除ができたが十分な経過観察が必要であると考えられた．
