Abstract
症例は73歳の右利きの女性．arm levitationを主訴に来院した．脳MRI（magnetic resonance imaging）拡散強調像で右大脳皮質に高信号域を呈し，髄液中の総タウ及び14-3-3蛋白高値，RT-QUIC（real-time quaking-induced conversion）法での髄液中異常プリオン蛋白陽性よりCreutzfeldt-Jakob病（Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease：CJD）と診断した．本例は初期症状としてarm levitationを呈した．初期症状としてarm levitationを呈するCJDがあり，arm levitationの鑑別疾患にCJDを加える必要があると考えた．
