Abstract

We have provided a video and illustrations of a 45-year-old woman with Loeys-Dietz syndrome and a rapidly expanding 7-cm intercostal patch aneurysm. Her medical history was significant for prior aortic dissection and multiple open aortic repairs. She was treated with a custom-made stent graft using a total percutaneous transfemoral technique.
