Cherubism is a skeletal dysplasia characterized by bilateral and symmetric fibro-osseous lesions limited to the mandible and maxilla. Swelling of the Jaws usually appears in early childhood.1 This case report reveals an unusual presentation of cherubism in a 9-year-old boy referred into the Oral and Maxillofacial Department with an expansive bony Swelling isolated to the Left Mandible.
