Abstract
Objective: To highlight the management of a rare case of cervical Leiomyoma at full term pregnany. The nature and the origin of this firm irreducible mass was difficult to assess in a term pregnant patient, as the patient was stressed in pain. It needed examination under anesthesia for diagnosis and management. The patient was worried about her pregnancy and decided to be delivered at the same time. The mode of delivery was left for obstetrician either by artificial rupture of membranes aiming for vaginal delivery of to proceed with semi-elective cesarean section.
