Abstract
A diffractive film has been incorporated to reduce Screen Door Effect (SDE) and improve visual quality of a virtual reality (VP.) display. This diffractive film is made with 3M proprietary precision microߚreplication process. Measurement techniques and comparison of different solutions for SDE reduction are also discussed in this paper.
