Abstract
AbstractBinocular color‐rivalry thresholds of 7 types of tone variations are estimated. The results show that the thresholds for luminance differences are much larger than that of contrast and hue. To have a better 3D quality assessment, not only color differences but also between‐eye tone differences must be taken into account.
