Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine if an increase in the various fragmented forms of insulin-like growth factor binding protein-1 (IGFBP-1) in amniotic fluid (AF) is associated with intra-amniotic infection and/or inflammation, and adverse perinatal outcomes in patients with preterm labor and intact membranes.
