Abstract
Introduction: Coronary CT angiography (CCTA) is a Class I recommendation for patients with acute chest pain. However, as with any Emergency Department (ED) imaging algorithm, there is often a decline in the pre-test probability of coronary artery disease (CAD) over time, producing a preponderance of low-risk patients.
