Abstract
Introduction and aims of the study: An increasing number of women with a previous cesarean delivery undergo cervical ripening and/or induction of labor. Methods: We performed a population-based, retrospective cohort analysis using data from all primiparous women with prior cesarean deliveries who had their second singleton child at the authors’ Department, from November, 2013 to November, 2019 (total of 150 women). Authors then describe and compare the obstetric outcomes from induction of labor with and without prostaglandins using Fisher Exact Test, with P values <0.05 denoting statistical significance.
