Abstract
We propose an original approach for 3D reconstruction of blood vessels based on fusion of digital angiography and intravascular echography data, without any geometrical a priori vessel model. We aim at better understanding and interpreting vessel morphology and atheromateous vascular lesions. A Markovian and a fuzzy approach are developed, which take into account all information about the problem, including its imprecisions. They both show good and similar results.
