Abstract

The Psychosocial Risk Screening Measure (PRiSM) was developed to identify psychosocial risk factors in youth newly diagnosed with type 1 diabetes (T1D), which are known to be important in predicting disease related outcomes. Our objective was to examine the clinical utility of the PRiSM for youth with new-onset T1D and its ability to predict clinical outcomes.
