Abstract
目的 观察应用张力带钢丝内固定治疗肩锁关节脱位的疗效.方法对我院自1995年1月至2003年10月采用张力带钢丝内固定治疗肩锁关节脱位38例,随访平均1年3个月,按优、良、差标准评定疗效.结果优31例,占81.5%,良7例,占18.4%,无一例出现并发症,均获得满意疗效.结论张力带钢丝内固定治疗肩锁关节脱位,具有固定牢固,能早期功能锻炼.操作简单易行,副损伤小,疗效肯定。
