Abstract

Ten percent of women with mullerian anomalies have a unicornuate uterus. Associated urinary tract anomalies occur in forty percent of these patients. We describe a case of an asymptomatic patient with primary infertility found to have a right unicornuate uterus with a left rudimentary non-communicating uterine horn containing endometrium. The non-communicating horn and fallopian tube were removed laparoscopically.
