Abstract
The aim of the thesis is to study the asymmetric Diels-Alder reactions of 5,6,6-trimethoxycyclohexa-2,4-dienone with 3-acryloyl- oxazolidin-2-one catalyzed by 3,3´-disubstituted – 1,1´-bi-2-naphthols(binol) - ytterbium triflate。 We separated the enantiomers of 3-{[(1S*,2R*,4R*)-1,7,7- trimethoxy-8-oxobicyclo-[2.2.2]oct-5-en-2-yl]carbonyl}-1,3- oxazolidin-2-ones successfully with high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) by using a chiral column。
