Abstract
膵頭十二指腸切除術（PD）を施行した同時性重複膵癌3例を経験したので報告する．症例1は51歳，男性．主訴は黄疸．膵頭部に3cm大，右腎に6cm大の腫瘍を認め，PDおよび右腎摘出術を同時に施行した．膵癌はStage IV b，腎はStage IIであった．症例2は72歳，男性．主訴は黄疸．膵頭部に3cm大，胃体部に0-II cの早期胃癌を認めた．広範胃切除により胃癌の郭清範囲をPDに含め，一括切除した．膵癌はStage IV a，胃癌はStage I Aであった．症例3は77歳，男性．主訴は血糖の異常高値．膵頭部の1.5cm大の腫瘍は門脈に浸潤していた．右腎に5.5cm大の腫瘍を認めた．門脈合併切除を伴うPDと右腎摘出術を行い，門脈再建には右腎静脈を使用した．膵癌はstage IV a，腎癌はStage IIIであった．全例において，過度の侵襲なく，同時性重複膵癌に対し一期的切除が可能であった．
