Abstract
Over the past few decades, the world has seen the stunning transformation of the electric power industry to meet local and global power challenges. A power producer still has questioned the AGC systems regarding the movement of energy market operators and the regulated operation of power generation. Moreover, the fundamental issues concern the latest advancement designs of the AGC system, which are better adapted to the new practical objectives in the context of the power system restructured. The objectives entail advanced control theory application and the new AGC design by considering the bilateral operations.
