Abstract
Childhood and adolescence are sensitive periods in health development. Teens who attempt suicide may face psychosocial and biophysical vulnerability, increasing their risk of chronic morbidity later in life. We examined the association between suicide attempts before 20 years of age with the risk of morbidity later in life among adolescent women.
