劉海霞從藝生涯與臺灣豫劇發展之研究(1959-2000)

Abstract

Taiwan Bangzi Opera Company is the only Henan Bangzi opera company in Taiwan. Its predecessor can be traced back to the Flying Horse Henan Opera Company which was belonged to nationalist government. It established in Zuoying, Kaohsiun after 1953. At the time of 1965, other national Bangzi opera discharged little by little, Flying Horse Henan Opera Company became the only Henan Bangzi Opera company in Taiwan. Over half century, the Flying Horse Henan Opera Company contributed substantially to Taiwanese Bangzi development. About the research results of Flying Horse Henan Opera Company, scholars usually focused on the actors or the actresses only, they seldom maintained the relation between the actors (actresses) and the theatrical troupe. Therefore, in the beginning, the study focuses on the art career of Liu Hai-Xia by using the mean of oral history. Then, through the case of the actress Liu Hai-Xia, we can realize the development of the Flying Horse Henan Opera Company and extend the issue from actress to the whole theatrical troupe. In addition, through the Flying Horse Henan Opera Company, we are able to realize how Flying Horse Henan Opera Company influenced the development of Taiwan Bangzi performance. Finally, the research not only focuses on Taiwan Bangzi opera, but also discusses the relationship between Beijing opera and Henan Bangzi opera in Taiwan.
