Abstract

Purpose: Patients with cystic fibrosis who have end-stage respiratory failure associated to liver cirrhosis have been considered poor candidates for lung transplantation because of high morbidity and mortality resulting from hepatic insufficiency after the operation.We report the experience of the Georges Pompidou European Hospital and Cochin hospital in Paris.
