Abstract
Lymphangioma is a vascular abnormality of the lymphatic system that normally arises at birth, 90% grow by 2 years of age. Only 150 cases of adult lymphangiomas are reported in English literature. Nearly 75% of all lymphangiomas arise in the head and neck region, typically in the posterior triangle of the neck.
