Abstract
As insufficient interventional cardiology units are available to perform angioplasty in all AMI patients in Spain, fibrinolytic treatment is often the only reperfusion option within the terapeutic window. The objective of this study was to determine the causes of nonadministration of fibrinolysis in patients with AMI.
