Abstract

生涯においてがんで死亡する確率は，男性で約4人に1人，女性で約6人に1人であり，「がん」は国民病の時代になっている．このような中，平成22年度診療報酬改定において，外保連試案に基づき，悪性腫瘍手術全般にわたって手技料の大幅な増点がなされたことは記憶に新しい．平成28年度改定に向けて，内科系学会社会保険連合（内保連）悪性腫瘍関連委員会所属学会から挙げられたがん診療を巡る診療報酬上の課題を紹介するとともに，がん保険診療の難しさを考察した．
