Abstract

Introduction and Objective: Leukemia Inhibitory Factor (LIF) with its receptor (LIF-R) have been indicated to play a significant role for the process of blastocyst implantations. No conclusions, however, have been made regarding the expression patterns in women with history of recurrent pregnancy losses (RPL) Μain objective of the study was to define whether endometrial expression of LIF and LIF-R is significantly different between fertile and women with recurrent pregnancy losses. Materials and Methods: A prospective observational study was initiated on November 2019.
