Abstract
This study before and after exercise in obese college students conducted a 12-week, five days a week walking exercise targets eight people, and compared the changes in Fat Free Mass, Edema change and Blood Presser and RHR were as follows.BR 1. The changes in weight (kg) and fat-free mass (kg) before and after exercise decreased by about 1.0% and 0.10%, respectively.BR 2. Body fat (%), Waist-Hip ratio, Edema showed a statistically significant difference by about 2.87% reduction, about 1.55% reduction and about 0.30% decrease before and after exercise (p.05).BR 3. Changes in RHR (bpm) and BMR (kcal) before and after exercise increased by about 4.43% and 0.24%, respectively, but there was no statistically significant difference.BR 4. Changes in SBP (mmHg) before and after exercise decreased by about 6.78%, but no statistically significant difference was observed.BR 5. DBP (mmHg) decreased about 9.05% before and after exercise, and statistically significant difference was found (p.05).BR In this study, 12-week walking exercise program was found to have a positive effect on weight (kg), body fat (%), waist-hip ratio, edema, BMR (kcal) and blood pressure in obese university students In particular, it is considered that various walking exercise programs that reduce Edema should be developed.
