Abstract
症例は27歳の男性．7年前，2年前，6カ月前に腸閉塞を発症し，保存的に軽快した．繰り返す腸閉塞の原因検索の結果，回盲弁から40cm口側の回腸に連続する嚢状腸管を認め，内部に腸石を有していた．再び腸閉塞を発症し当科外来を受診した．CT検査では，内部に腸石を有する嚢状腸管と連続する回腸から口側の腸管が拡張し，以前と同様の所見であった．胃管留置，高圧酸素療法により腸閉塞を改善させた後，手術を行った．術中所見では，嚢状腸管が他の小腸に圧排され，連続する回腸が捻れて狭窄しており，同部が繰り返す腸閉塞の原因と考えられた．嚢状腸管は腸間膜側から発生し，腸間膜を有していたことから重複腸管と診断した．嚢状腸管および連続する回腸を含め，小腸部分切除術を施行した．術後経過は良好で，術後7日目に退院した．
